The Lifespot shipping methods are all made available at checkout, and we will ship with the one you select. We offer free shipping via Fedex or Canada Post, as well. When we estimate the time of the arrival, that is just an estimate and not something specific. Moreover, Lifespot holds no responsibility over any damages caused by shipping delays.
Our shipping time estimates only refer to the actual shipping and not the 3–5-day processing time of the order.
When you make a purchase, we provide options and costs for shipping service providers, in the checkout page. We do not cover any provincial or federal shipping-related taxes, and it is also your responsibility to comply with all export laws in Canada that apply to the products you will purchase from our website.
Lifespot ships its products using third-party shipping service providers. Therefore, we are not in any way liable for direct or indirect damages, losses, or other expenses related to shipping. When the product you bought enters the possession of the third-party shipping provider, all risks of loss pass to you. If a package arrives damage or is lost in transit, we can make a claim with the third-party shipping provider for you.
Refund Policy
Contact us whenever one of our products does not meet your expectations. Email us at info@lifespot.ca, mention your order number, and give us a reason for the refund. We will investigate the matter, analyze your request, and replace or refund your purchase.
As a side-note, we will fully refund the purchase price of any unopened product within 60 days from the date of the original purchase.
**Please note:
We will refund your purchase to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Moreover, we will not refund the shipping cost of the original shipping. The customer sends the package back on their own expense. To refund an issue, we will need an unopened package with its seals fully intact. There are no exceptions to this.
If there are quality issues about the product and you seek a refund, Lifespot will accept the return through a printable prepaid shipping label. After completing it, ship it to us, and we will approve it. To place a request for such a return label, email us at info@lifespot.ca. We will not accept any returns made without a pre-approval.
Lifespot is not responsible for undelivered, lost, stolen, or items refused by the customs. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us within 6 weeks at info@lifespot.ca. We will inquire about the status of your order and make a claim with the third-party shipping provider.
If the shipment is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you, at which point you can ask for a refund (minus the original shipping fee), or you can choose a different address to which we can ship the product (this incurs another shipping fee).
When you decide to return a package to us, third-party shipping providers will issue a fee that they will charge on Lifespot. There is no way of knowing the exact value of this fee before this. We will deduct the return fee from your refund before we issue it.
*If the refused shipment is damaged, we will charge no return fee.
